Amiamo così tanto il nostro pescato che lo celebriamo in diverse manifestazioni gastronomiche sempre più gradite anche ai nostri visitatori: e non soltanto a Caorle. Concordia Sagittaria ad esempio durante il periodo di Pasqua si veste a festa per “La Renga d’Oro” , concorso gastronomico che premia i migliori piatti a base di aringa, in veneto “renga”.
A settembre di ogni anno invece a Caorle va in scena la Festa del Pesce, cucinato fritto o alla griglia in riva al mare, nel tratto di arenile adiacente al Santuario della Madonna dell’Angelo.
