Sono tantissimi i ristoranti tipici del nostro Borgo in cui potrete gustare le ricette classiche della cucina caorlotta. Piatti senza tempo e sempre amatissimi che valorizzano al massimo le eccellenze del nostro mare, tra cui il moscardino, le vongole e il canestrello bianco! Qualche esempio? Le "sardèe in saòr” (sardine fritte e messe a macerare con olio, cipolla soffritta, sale e aceto), la nostra zuppa di pesce, il cosiddetto “broéto caorlotto”, moscardini in umido coi pomodorini o con polenta, insalata ai moscardini, spaghetti ai moscardini, moscardini in salsa verde, spaghetti con le vongole, risotto con canestrelli, spaghetti al nero di seppia. Vi è venuta l’acquolina in bocca? Siamo sicuri di sì!
