Va da sè che al buon cibo vada abbinato del buon vino e qui a Caorle non facciamo eccezione grazie alle tante varietà che produciamo ed esportiamo in tutto il mondo. Non a caso tra le esperienze che riscuotono maggior successo tra i visitatori c’è sempre la visita alle cantine della zona così come molto amato è il tour esperienziale alla scoperta della Strada dei Vini DOC Lison Pramaggiore che copre l’area compresa tra i fiumi Tagliamento e Livenza e rappresenta un’eccellenza del Veneto Orientale, la nostra terra di appartenenza. Impossibile ripartire senza aver provato prima almeno un bicchiere di Lison, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Merlot e Cabernet, solo per citarne alcuni…
Ecco un elenco dei vini DOC Lison-Pramaggiore tipici del territorio di Caorle e loro caratteristiche:
Tocai italico - Ottimo come aperitivo e come vino da pasto soprattutto se abbinato ad antipasti all’italiana, minestre asciutte e in brodo, frutti di mare e formaggi teneri non fermentati. Va servito alla temperatura di 10-12 gradi.
Pinot bianco - Ottimo come aperitivo, si adatta perfettamente ad essere abbinato a tutta la gamma degli antipasti magri, alle minestre, ai piatti di pesce in bianco. Va servito fresco, attorno ai 10 gradi di temperatura.
Chardonnay - Ottimo come aperitivo, in versione spumante diventa protagonista come vino d’apertura. Da provare anche accompagnato agli antipasti di pesce, alle minestre, ai piatti a base di uova e ai piatti di pesce leggero. Va servito fresco (circa 10-12 gradi).
Pinot grigio - Vino da bersi giovane, comunque nell’annata di produzione, va servito fresco (circa 10-12 gradi) ed è ottimo sia come aperitivo sia in abbinamento ad antipasti magri e a molti piatti di pesce. In versione ramata si accosta molto bene ai salumi, ai formaggi e ai bolliti di carni bianche.
Riesling italico - Ottimo come aperitivo, va servito molto fresco (8-10 gradi) e si abbina bene anche con molti piatti di pesce e con i risotti.
Sauvignon - Il successo di questo vino è in crescita costante ed è dovuto anche alla sua versatilità: gradevolissimo fuori pasto e con il prosciutto crudo, si sposa molto bene anche con i piatti di pesce alle salse leggere. Va servito decisamente fresco (circa 8-10 gradi).
Verduzzo - Vino da servire fresco (circa 8-10 gradi); il dorato è più un vino da fuori pasto, mentre il verde si accosta bene al prosciutto crudo, ai salumi, ai risotti a base di erbe, alle frittate e al pesce bollito.
Merlot - È un vino completo che ci accompagna per tutto il pasto trovando un abbinamento ideale soprattutto con i salumi, le carni in umido e gli arrosti. Va servito intorno ai 18-20 gradi.
Cabernet franc - Ottimo con formaggi stagionati, carne e selvaggina, va servito alla temperatura di 18-20 gradi.
Cabernet Sauvignon - È ideale per accompagnare un intero pasto specialmente se a base di carne, cacciagione e formaggi. Va servito intorno ai 16-18 gradi.
Refosco - Anche se si tratta di un vino che trova accostamenti precisi, con tanti piatti tipici della cucina del Friuli Venezia Giulia, è molto amato anche in Veneto, soprattutto abbinato alla carne e alla selvaggina. Va servito a temperatura ambiente, intorno ai 18 gradi.
